I just got the 20% bonus fom my bibliothek, and in my museum I alsready get 31% extra oil from my attack. Unfortunately my last attack shows that I get much less oil that I would expect. I asked support and ofcourse they only answer "we see in our logs that everything was correct" - but hell...

I see - my regular (food) troops are already maxed out - only the OIL troups is still ongoing - actually I max my university to get the 30% on MK tanks and also lower the workers and get the 10% shorter time. My defens buildings mostly bunkers need still 1-2 level before they are max GA- but hm...
