0SH teams only play 0SH when both teams are 0SH obviously. So if you are not 0SH yourself, it's completely normal.
Some alliance have the 0SH tag although they are not part of it, so that's always possible as well.

Anyways, if you want to play 0SH, you should officially join and/or contact the other team to agree on it.

Not really sure what the issue is then. You chose not to full. They did. That's all there is to it then.

There's no point on putting 0SH/0TT on alliance name but still using TT. Just...ridiculous. Smh.

This post is a prime example. They have 0sh in their name so honest alliances see it and even if they’re not 0sh they chose to respect that the other team was but then find out they filled their sh. And as you stated some teams have it in their name but aren’t part of it. It’s just another tactic to pull one over on the other alliance. I’ve also seen members of 0sh that have had bazooka towers right in the middle of their base and that have used EAs. I’ve also had alliances that were up against an 0sh team that contacted them and said they wouldn’t use sh troops or fill them to have the war start to find out the 0sh team they contacted stuffed full of sh troops.

My alliance isn’t 0sh but we have faith in our bases that we don’t need to use them. It fools other alliances into thinking they’re gonna get a fair match only to find out the 0sh team is stacked full of them.

0sh should be taken out of the alliance names to prevent this cause as you said you are part of a group and contact each other so having it in the alliance name only serves to make normal alliances think you’re playing fair when really it’s far from it.

So if you are willing to join 0SH you have to go 0SH regardless of the match up - even if there is a huge mismatch / glory swing. But someone who knows what it is (so they know they are in favor of not filling) but isn't willing join on those terms should get the same benefit whenever they meet an 0SH team? How would that be fair? The reason for the 0SH group is to make sure people are not abusing it by labeling themselves when they are not. If you can make it to a forum to post about it you can also find out enough about 0SH to know what it is/isn't.

People have been up against 0sh teams and have contacted them to say they would honour that and not use sh troops only to find out the 0sh team they contacted stuffed their strongholds. So it’s just away to try to fool non 0sh teams into not filling their strongholds.

You can’t say we use 0sh troops only to use them when you feel like it. 0 means none not sometimes. That’s like saying you’re a non smoker except when you drink. Load of crap.

Mcnasty - we are 0SH, but as others have said it is an agreement, and it doesn't work unless you know both sides will respect it. If a team is not 0SH, we will fill SHs as appropriate. If a non-0SH team is interested in trying it, they can reach out to us, through the forums, discord or line. I will often try to negotiate 0SH terms even with non--0SH teams if I can find a contact; but no one should assume it is automatic unless they have joined the group as well.

This isn't unilateral disarmament; like any treaty it only applies when both parties agree to it.

Having it in the name or motto is just an easy shortcut to help us know which teams are part of it. Even when we see it there, we still verify it against the master list - some teams try to exploit it, and are included on a blacklist of teams that do not honor their agreements.

We get unfair matchups all the time but that doesn’t mean I stuff our strongholds and I have enough tt to do it for a long time. I bet at least half the teams that joined 0sh only did it to use it to their advantage against normal alliances

If you are part of a group them why do you need it in your name? And as I said people have reached out to osh teams to say they would honour it only to find the osh teams sh filled and they didn’t fill theirs. So basically you’re only osh if you’re against an osh team other then that your strongholds are full. Osh teams fill their sh more then any other team I’ve been up against.
