1 Game Account per Device? It is not true!

I played one android device with two accounts. Possible. If it is a bug of the game then it's time to have developers start correcting bugs! The game a huge amount of criticism because of the bugs. The first time I meet so not a complete game.

The developers are actively ignoring users' messages about bugs. If you do test bugs on users, why not pay attention to our message?
So you do not care about your reputation and profits?

I peeked at your previous posts. Your first one complains about not being able to restart the game (make new accounts). The other two complain that you were able to make multiple accounts.

The devs posted that they don't support multiple accounts. I wouldn't be surprised if your accounts have further bugs and issues due to the fact that you are trying to circumvent the rules.
