Here is the list of current Known Issues and any workarounds:
Storage Blessing - FIXED
Summary: The Storage Blessing is currently non-functional. Blessing persists through combat and does not award resources
Workaround: Please report any ongoing issues to Customer Service (Exception: the Blessing will not be consumed if the 30 second timer is allowed to expire)
Players Cannot Join Existing Alliances - FIXED
Summary: Players should now be able to join Alliances and find them in the Alliance Gate. Please report any issues to Customer Service!
Withdrawing Resources from the Vault with Savings Chapter 1 Research - FIXED
Summary: Players who remove Resources from the Vault can experience issues.
Workaround: None at this time
iOS Player names with special characters may not display correctly in iOS 9.x and higher - FIXED IN 2.5
Summary: Players who recently upgraded their Apple devices to iOS9 have been experiencing font issues with overlapping text or special characters appearing incorrect. This is a known issue caused by the OS update, and we are currently working on a fix.
Workaround: For Alliance chat, ask members to preface their chat with which will make it readable. (Thanks Acied!)
Troop Tray UI
Summary: There are a few centering/scrolling issues with the troop tray, especially with troop counts over 100
Workaround: Scrolling to the right should re-center the troop tray to the left, as it should be
Finish Button Appears on Idle Buildings -
Summary: The Finish button appears on buildings (Castle, War Academy) when troops are finishing in the Barracks
Workaround: Once Retrain was re-enabled, this became moot
Training Blessing can cause odd behavior in training times using Retrain
Summary: Players using the Training Blessing and Retrain can experience inconsistent training times and results
Workaround: None at this time
League Leaderboard is blank
Summary: After Leagues reset, the League Leaderboard appears empy. Player and Alliance populate correctly
Workaround: League Leaderboard will appear correctly after promotion/demotion to a new Leabue
Peace Treaty Expires/Breaks
Summary: Some players intermittently experience shortened/terminated Peace Treaties
Workaround: None at this time
Attacks do not appear in logs
Summary: If an attacker crashes before completing combat, a log file is not written
Workaround: None at this time
No Notification for Attacks
Summary: Push notifications after being attacked are not appearing
Workaround: None at this time
