2nd garrison disappeared?!?

I built my 2nd garrison shortly after upgrading to iron age. I didn't have a great connection on my phone when I did so but it seemed to build fine. Then, later on, it was suddenly gone from my map. I wouldn't mind building it again but the store says I have 2 built even though I only have one? How do I get it back?
