Why is it that 5.7 comes out all iOS users can't take advantage of the current factory sale while android google play sure can seems fair. Nexon I understand release issues but come on you guys got to do better. From cs being so poor with lame respones. to release issues. At least extend the 50% factory sale another 24 please you guys can't afford these epic fails one after another. It's starting to get very old.

Not on iOS. Depending on what you have google play has it out and Iv heard certain androids have it out. Not sure how a patch gets put out so choppy. I'm 100% sure it depends on the brand and there release protocols so this isn't on nexon. But they could start the release backwards so that it kinda comes out at the same time or give better notice

It's not up to Nexon to determine the exact time it rolls out. They have no control.

But it is up to Nexon/BHG to know the schedule of their in-app sales, and since they know that the rollout isn't completely under their control, perhaps they could adjust the sales accordingly next time. Or add a one-day special extension once the update has rolled out. It would be very nice.

Now I've seen the factory stats I'm a little meh about it. Might do it on a sale, but the APC upgrade doesn't look like the be all and end all. I do agree that such a huge discount (120k oil) should be available to all however

Rubies will be found in the Command Post and Alliance Gate, since they are related to World War.
They will be turned on after all players have the ability to move up to 5.7.
