If somebody really wants to hack it isn't hard to find these videos on youtube, no detective work required.

My guess is: taking over your game account, this won't hurt very much if you aren't high-level but also does not do any great damage.
On my second guess, it could be possible to take over the playstore/itunes account and this could actually hurt someones purse ;-)

Okay so I again watched the video and did visit the site with some fake data.

After it did some "generate, verify, hack, cool stuff with a running circle and loading bar" it asked to download some shady app
from a shady site and run it for 30sec.

This is almost for sure (did not download it though) some keylogger or accountgrabber.

I have two hearts beating with this kind of scam...
On one side I support the darwin theory, suvival of the fittest... so if someone really is dumb enough to follow this guide, he deserves the damage done to him.
On the other side I feel kind of sorry for those individuals...

gotta be fake. since player names are not unique, it would be impossible to credit the proper account. Secondly, if that worked, then you could give any player this amount without knowing their information except their non-unique name.
I would assume any actual hack would at minimum require player id since that is the unique identifier.

These type of "hacks" just steal your apple or google account and then try to run up a bill on your credit card with itunes/google play gift cards.
