Account lost. Customer support ignoring me.

So I had a level 195 account, been playing about 18 months. Last week, the game kept crashing on launch on my phone. I gave it about twelve hours, but nobody else was affected so I figured it was a local issue on my phone.

I deleted and reinstalled, confident my progress was saved to my Google Play account.

However, when I launched the client it didn't reload my base even though Google Play account was connected. Worse still, it saved the level 1 base over my level 195 base. No matter what I try, can't get it back.

I emailed customer support, they gave me the usual reply of your account is an Asian server account. You need to contact them. I contacted them, and as usual they completely ignored the ticket, probably because I write in English and everything on the support system is Korean. I wrote an ingame ticket too, also told to email Korean support and ticket was closed.

I emailed the English speaking guys a few times and they completely ignored me for a few days now.

My base is messed up and nobody in my Alliance can view it in World Wars. What's worst, opponents can't attack it either so they can't possibly max us. Completely unfair.

So I am left in limbo. Both sets is customer support ignore me, my account is messed up and I have no options?

Try writing in korean, either using google translate, or ask someone who can speak/write korean to help you. If the problem gets solved this time, can't you move your account from the asian server?

It took me a week to get my account restored after their system rolled it back cuz I spent too many crowns at once so I can only guess for yours 2 /3 weeks or more.

Tried Google translating into Korean and sent it. Was ignored. Same as every ingame ticket.

That sucks man. I cant remember but do you have to go through a tutorial before it prompts if you want to load an old base.

Yeh, there was a tutorial. I have PM's TinSoldier but nothing back yet. It's incredible that a company as big as Nexon can be as bad at this kind of stuff.

No. In game tickets get closed without reply. Emails to both the Western and Asian support addresses get ignored. PM to the Nexon guys on the forum ignored. This thread ignored. Tickets sent on the support websites ignored.

Multiple alliance friends have ticketed Nexon, they all get told I need to contact them directly. When they send screenshots of all my attempts, then they get ignored too.

Actually a pop up says would you like to load "xxxxxxx" level"abc" age"global/atomic" saved to the account. If you in the slightest hit no, then I have a feeling it would get erased.

What's the color of the elongated circle with words in it at the left of the Asia version CS ticket interface? The color of it can hint the status of the ticket.

We have BloodAxe as an opponent in WW. The question is - why his ally is putting him into WW? How convenient that he cannot be attacked. Shame on your ally.

I have reported the problem yesterday, and except the typical answer “thank you we will investigate...” nothing is happening. Looks like we are loosing the war because the support is incredibly slow and inefficient. Lots of resources invested in vain - troop tactics, coalitions, ntg, ... one big dissappointment. Like the last time - we reported the cheaters, case has been proven, but we did not receive any compensation for lost war and spent resources.

When I reinstalled, I got the Western version of the game. I've moved countries, maybe that is why. I've been on the UK Playstore the whole time though.

The tickets don't stay open long enough to see.
