I’ve been warned not to post screen cappped conversations from discord here by BHG. Should I take their enforcement seriously? Honestly should I be more worried about being banned for a screen capped? More so than those that are actually stealing from BHG’s revenues and knowingly cheating without a fear of being banned?

I believe their issue is with posting "privileged" conversations. It could possibly stem from legal issues resulting in lawsuits but who knows (but more than likely it's for monetary concerns).

Irrespective of that, I believe it is within the community interest to be transparent. I appreciate they are in a tough spot but this tough spot is entirely of their making so my sympathy is minimal. They have the support of the VAST majority of players to be open, honest, consistent in their application of their TOS.
Warnings aren't enough.
Temp bans arent enough.
Rolling back isn't enough.

The rot is systemic and has been YEARS. Do you roll back just pieces? Glory? Accts? Bans? How do you prevent it in the future? Are you solely reactive? Will you be proactive? It's what players are looking for answers to and frankly they are owed answers to at this point if you want to have any future customers.

Which is what my legal council (aka, those pm me in support) have suggested.

While I'm loathe to go that far, I have a week off work, in bored and I haven't seen a BHG rep respond so I'll post my official "play" complaint tomorrow I guess. See how that goes.

The screens from this forum, the missing response and transparency form the Responsibles, are a big reason for Apple to shut the game down.

Funny sidenod: the telegram user „user not found“ offering the crafting bot is the same who has offered the external server hack. Is it curious to ask if all the people using the museum bot have also used the external server hack and gotten unlimited TT?

I'm not sure I'd like to work for BHG - I certainly wouldn't want to be in their CS department.
To cut your long rantings short, I don't think anyone said you should be a cheater hunter but we all come across cheater bases in our battles. All it takes is a screenshot and an email. If you can't be bothered to do that then I guess the next best thing is to continue spending your money to fix the game - because that's worked so far for you, right??!

Nobody proposed you a job, dont be happy lol, I said if you work, was a question ,but your tonge and your hand not communicate with your head when you speaking or writing. So no isn't working for me but isn't working for you either, as cheaters are the same from day one when you start making your reports so think something else your strategy not working.

I just wanted to stop by to join the party . Since I got nothing but raw , unaltered, gigantic love for cheaters. Specially on this app. Cheaters are an absolute cancer to every single game and to every facet of life.Just detrimental all around to the game to the community and a slap to the face of all the honest players that have been supporting your company for almost 8 years now , to the players that have been putting on the time, money and effort to get where they are at now.They take out the fun out of everything they touch , and suck out the bone marrow , life force , energy and oxygen , while having the nerve to claim they are better than everyone . Please by all means ban permanently all of the absolute scum that has been using the bot do right by the community at least once before your app dies . It’s a slap to the face of all players that have spent years crafting playing legit working on their museums and again supporting your app. While I have your attention , I would like to bring up a topic that’s related as well . Ban Goodwin from Panda Legion . And half of their rooster as well . They are an absolute cancer that needs to be expunged from the community everybody knows that they are cheating and you won’t do diddley squat about it . I’m currently on Momineen Empire and we have faced them twice in the last few weeks . And it’s just clear as water that they are cheating through the gills cheating at free will. Specially their leader GoodWin. We have reported a lot of them several times , but nothing really happens , your response is vague at best and usually consists of the generic crap “ We can’t divulge the results of our investigation “ ya da ya da . Which translates to we see them online connected on the game so you didn’t really do diddley squat or ban then. Nearly half of their team consistently attacks on war with 3 paratroopers, aviation space of 10 , 3 Kahn’s , without having a single darn premium building active on their towns . It’s disgusting they are disgusting a bunch of filthy rats and it looks terrible on your side as well. I already already made a video showing his home base where you can clearly see there’s no B17 hangar or Blackhawk hangar active , yet he’s attacking on war every single time with 3 paras and 3 Kahn’s. They clearly have some sort of new variant of server that consists of extra aviation space and Kahn’s , without Eisenhowers. Please find attached the link to the video in here .

Tho, still no appropriate statement from BHG on the bot glitch/hack/cheat. Postings showing evidence got deleted. Well there is a google drive showing names (IGN), there are plenty discussions on community servers, there are Ares members defending cheating overthere. My conclusion is that many or most of Ares, including former Energy players have used the bot.

My consequences: reporting the game and the circumstances to Apple, asking for refund of my spendings and asking them for consequences to the Responsibles.

Lets wait and see.

Some time before my 4-5 years account got permanent banned. With no previous warning or temp ban.
I had no museum. Because I could participate in a union, I started building a museum. I was the first rank in the f thirty -day free event of sword . Because I needed it. So I was very retired. And that was when the AH was very strong. My resources were sometimes wasted. I used 8 -hour instant retrain. Even a 24 -hour blessing, which I attacked for 18 hours. You can understand how much resources I got. After Ban I gave the message support that the Banned message to Cause suspicious resources is probably wrong. And that If they are looking for a fraud, they should take a look at the hacked "server", if they do not belong to an employee they will not support it.
They blocked me.
Suppose I used some gold or illegal food (it is an assumption and I didn't need), was its penalty is permanent banned? If so, how did the players who bought illegal museums for months and the Strong forces bought infinitely and bought the buildings of Event infinitely and used them for months, just got and will get a 14 -day restriction? They wasted all the hardships and money of the real players in the wars for a long time. Isn't this ridicule playing players by the game? My question from you is:
Isn't this mocking all players by bhg and those alliances and server sellers?!!

4 players 14days ban is sentence from guy who is supporting cheaters, playing with them, probably cheating also with them and at the end big liar.
You can check all those alliances and see which players are not online for about 28 hours if that 4 player is tru.

I saw it and read the message from one of the scums speakers. Personally I think Gnome used the bot as well, same as Borg, Gma, Damien and all the others.

And if top they are asking for a community war „cheaters versus the rest of the world“. Insane hypocrisis.

Do you think that only 4 people have used it? In the best conditions, 30% of alliances and top players have been involved in it.( ،Gap and screen shot said). However, don't forget one thing: it was just a bot and not a hacked version of the game. It means that the bot was loaded on the main server.don't want to make accusations, but what does it mean ?

If it another server out there , things will get unfair for players that spend a fortune in this game ,but BHG knows only to ban low level players and players with not High VIP level. Maybe the report and refund solution from Apple or Google play will be a good way of going since many include me we have spend many in this game and got back nothing in addition all these years.Not only for cheaters game is broken ,spinning circles, instant replay bug,Map edit bug,replay bug, and more.

If they don't want to ban cheaters, they're free. But it's only fair to return the money spent by other players(fair player). After all, they've spent in an unequal war. In fact, they've been cheated.
Maybe it's fair that managers will review my appeal. However, I have not had a museum of more than 40%, I have not had a crown fraud, and I have not wronged anyone in the war .asmy map was a weak defense. And in one year In the past, my xp have been less than 200k or 300k.
If we are not the victim sheep of some others,hear us please.

I have not had a museum that has been charged against me. I have not had any violations.
I have had 14,000 crowns, the source of which is known.
