It would be useful to add an additional tab in the alliance screen where we could write alliance rules, war rules etc. Now it is not convenient to write a wall of text to every newcomer in a limited chat conditions.

You can put some info in the Inbox, new people joining will have access to it, even if it was written before they came.

But you still need to tell them its there and repeat yourself all the time about the message too..lol

Might help you in the short term if you didnt realise.
