Alliance leaders Custom messages

As the alliance leader I would like to send messages to specific players that don't seem to be able to read the messages I leave at the regular chat box, when people respond it says number of messages but most people don't have the sense to read everything or don't really understand how the game works. I'm working on upgrading my alliance, called SHIELD", 1 for all and all for 1" but I couldn't address the specific players, I have to typed their name. Is there a way that players can be selected and have a message addressed to them. Example, I had several players who were not activate in war and I made some new rules requiring everyone to select war participation by some players would log in and out and not even say anything, I ended kicking them but I wish I could have tag them or have the ability to send them a direct message only to them. Someone else left the alliance because they didn't understand the message I typed and thought it was meant for them when it was for those who don't do anything but ask for troops. Please come up with something

We use colors in our alliance to post content we want to highlight. For example, if you put [00FF00] at the beginning of a message, the words will be green. This doesn't give you exactly what you want but it's something you can start using right now.

@Dev Team. The character limit for sending messages to all team members is WAY to small. Please increase it by 5 or 10x. Also, increase the number of messages that display to more than 3. We would like to use the messaging system for coordinating during wars. For example, we might send a message telling which members to select defensive coalitions. We can't do any of this.

I'm not proposing a big change here. If you do nothing else, just increase the character limit of messages leaders and co-leaders can send.
