One of my alliance members complained that she still receives 1 NTG, even if our alliance reached level 5. It should be either 0 or 2 NTG's.

You have to get 5 stars to ensure 2 NTGs. The screenshot clearly shows only 4.

Read the description guys "When you earn NTG from a 5-star battle ,you will always earn two" This not mean every 5 stars victory will give you 2 .ONLY WHEN YOU EARN 1 IT WILL TURNS INTO 2 .

It MUST BE 5 STAR AND ONLY IF YOU GET ANY NTG BY DEFAULT FROM THIS 5 STARS VICTORY YOU WILL GET 2

Yes, i knew that, i posted a screenshot. She got 1 NTG, and we were wondering why not 2, or 0. @Quovatis helped me understand.

Read it again. It is very clear about IF ntgs are given for a 5 star it will always be 2, NOT that you will ALWAYS get two.
