So there are several top alliances who are abusing making new alliances so they don’t lose their current glory. I have nothing wrong with that whatsoever but at the same time I say throw a curve ball back at these guys. I am suggesting after you max alliance perks (I think Nexon was planning on adding more perk levels anyway) you can prestige your perks ranking back down to 1. You go up to “level 2” and so forth. Higher your tier the higher you are ranked.

This would allow those who are loyal to their one alliance be able to show their colors high and proud.

This is a pretty good idea. How very "call of duty-ish." ha.
But really, I started a new alliance because I got bored after hitting 10. Shed some people and started over. I like this prestige idea.

I like this idea too! It would add an element of belonging to an alliance.
Small perks associated with the levels gained on the prestige ladder might help too. They can be small, such as, slightly reduced cool-down time between troop requests, small bonus refunds (say, an extra 2% to 5%) for troop donations (in addition to the alliance perks), etc.
