Alliance War Gone Missing!

Our guild, 23OG, had 26 total attacks, including 12 wins and 3 losses. Where are the other 11 attacks? One of the missing ones was my attack on GreenDevil99 in which I got 5 stars. It would not let me attack anyone else, as I'd already used my two attacks, but it did not count one of them. I hope this can be fixed.

Had them all so far.
No WW when I've already started one, but option to start another -above reset seems to fix it.
Counted one attack as two so didn't get another go.
Some alliance members can't make any attacks at all
Total battle count doesn't tally with wins/loses
Battle page doesn't list every battle.
Opponent under attack already when they weren't
Basically hit and miss whether you lose or win a war at the moment.

Yup happened to me often. Just close game and restart, then reenter ww. Make sure to be on fast Wi-Fi. Their server is not stable for ww.
