Great idea , Ally worker help can be like VISA work permit system , where the imported worker can work for limited time period and in some specific upgrades only. also the beneficiary have to pay resources to the sender .

I like this idea. I always have generals doing nothing.

Not a bad idea, something I'd like is the ability to commit more workers to a single project to speed it up, double the workers to halve the time and so on.

It wouldn't even need to be halved. 12 day upgrades that were reduced by 25% or 30% would be very welcome!
