Anyone else having problems with new iOS and Dominations?

I just upgraded to iOS 9.0 and Dominations is now crashing out to "desktop" every 2-3 battles. It used to crash out sometimes, but not very often to be honest, although usually just as I started a very promising looking raid of course :)

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing compatibility problems and whether BHG are aware of any issues?

Cheers

No its only you in the whole world with this problem (most likely because you are black)

I am joking but ask this question in bugs and issues section

Haven't upgraded yet - best to wait a week or so and let Barns sort out the bugs :)

I crash every 5 minutes without upgrading to 8.0 or 9.0. I noticed the further I progress the more frequent crashing comes.

no problems here, but that's because i don't use fruity electronics. i suggest you go talk to Steve Jobs about your issues, I'm sure he'll be happy to help you.

also, this belongs in the bugs section not general discussion.

Well, I do apologise! ;)

I put it here in order to discuss whether it was an issue affecting only little me, black, lesbian, Greek or otherwise, or also others who have "upgraded" to iOS 9.0 before posting it as a common bug in the Bugs & Issues section for it to be looked into.

Anyway, I hope they sort it soon. It's...erm..quite annoying to say the least to lose a third of my battles to the ether due to being whacked back to the fruity "desktop" all the time.

My iPad was a birthday present and I have no Android device so I have little choice but to play on that. I apologise for my inadvertent, and obviously misguided (non-)choice as to the platform...

Cheers

I tried but he's not much of a talker these days. He didn't even bother to acknowledge my existence let alone reply!

man, and i thought he really cared about his followers. oh well, I'm sure they'll fix it after a few patches, or maybe with ios10. just hang in there and I'm sure you'll be back in action in no time.

I'm still too traumatized to talk about it with anyone other than my therapist. and even then i need to have my blankey and soothing incense before i feel like I'm in my safe place.

honestly, I'm sorry to hear about the issues with ios9, but as a good rule of thumb for any mobile device, wait at least a week before you upgrade. that way other people can find the bugs and get them worked out before you are stuck with them.

The following reply is not really about iOS9, but a general comment that might help, or not :)

I had the same disconnects on my (first generation) iPad Mini, with iOS8. Never could get it sorted. I then switched to iPad Air 2, iOS8, and never had any disconnects. Problem solved for me. Have not updated to iOS9 on the iPad yet. Played this morning on my iPhone 6 with iOS9, without any issues.

Unlike Gambrinus, I love Apple products :). I converted my entire development and multimedia business to Apple about 10 years ago and never looked back. Windows? That is something someone left open. :)

Mine's whatever the one was just before the iPad Air came out so I don't think it's the hardware...although it has had a hell of a lot of use over the past year or two so maybe it's just a bit tired!

have you tried a factor reset on it? older devices get cluttered with useless data that never gets properly purged, and they only way to fix that is to wipe the data and start again from scratch. most, if not all your apps and data should be backed up in the apple cloud. so after the factory reset, it just re-downloads the latest version of all the apps and then your ready to go.
