Anyone else not able to log into game

Been trying all day and havnt been able to log in. I get the loading screen and the bar goes full across but nothing from there.

I never had this problem until today..is there a fix....??? I reset to factory my tablet and even reinstalled the game...same thing....I click on game to stadt...BLACK SCREEN & NO RESPONSE....I clear cache...nothing....whats next BHG ????
