I am pretty sure not, that tier 5 gives you 70 manuals, that would mean you can upgrade all your walls 70 times... there are not 70 levels of walls...

It takes 10 manuals to go from level 13 to 14, so I'd assume it's incremental... but go ahead and believe the implausible.

each wall segment requires 10 or more manuals per upgrade at the higher wall levels. The way it is written is VERY ambiguous and sounds like 1 manual = 1 wall upgrade, which is not true. so 70 manuals would upgrade 7 or fewer wall segments a single level. sketchy

Since the game doesn't say exactly how the manuals perform, like they do with other purchases of troops and buildings, it sounds like it could be a federal trade commission violation. Please tell me this is just a miscommunication.

Have multiple accounts, my main account I spend some real money when I started. Now the crown ship on the account I spend money with 3.90 the one I didn't 7.99. In a alliance people are willing to spend some. But just the amounts are to high. 49 euro to get 3 extra builders.? Keeping the cheating part out of t is is conversation.

Look, the people running Nexon aren’t stupid. If they offer this kind of sale, it’s because the whales and people who don’t do the math are buying. The people who spend like that are the ones who they focus on, not those of us that spend the occasional $20.

While I happen to believe that the game needs the occasional spenders and the free-to-play players to be successful, literally nothing that Nexon has done in the past 18 months - aside from the occasional bit of lip service or PR pitch - suggests that they believe this to be the case. That is painfully obvious for anyone who looks at Nexon’s actions and ignores their words.

I don’t know why anyone who values their money would spend a cent on Nexon, for this offer or any other. There are so many better values out there, yet some people continue to spend, and spend a lot. No wonder the Nexon CEO was practically laughing at his customer base when he recently discussed how much money Nexon was making.
