Attack helicopters constantly get stuck on the edge of the map

I have the same problem, and I’ve herd back from members of my alliance that they have it too. Choppers spawn and never move from the edge of the map. This isn’t new.

the problem I have seen isn’t that choppers from my army hang up, but that donated choppers do so. The rest of the donated troops respond normally, but the choppers never leave the spawn point.

This happened again today during a war attack- all donated helis stucks and useless, lost the attack by 2 buildings. Very annoying.

@Harlems369th is the team aware of this? It's a major bug that has existed for a long time. Attacks are ruined when this happens, no matter how much money you've paid to win.

This bug is extremely frustrating and has been around for a long time. It derails the attack before it even begins, making helis almost unviable. Will this ever be fixed??
my planes mk6 Just FLY AROUND ennemy AND never get back to base, so that i cannot use them anymore

Sorry to hear that you're running into this issue. Make sure you submit a ticket to our CS Team here so that they can look into this further for you.
I see a message like this quite often. People write to the forum, then they are redirected somewhere else. And the development team is generally aware of what people write on the forum, then what is the forum for?

The forum is more than just the notifying of issues although this gets the most attention from the players - sadly not enough attention from the devs.

The forum is great for highlighting issues that aren't necessarily known or it's uncertain if there is an issue as sometimes there could be misunderstandings on an intended interaction within the game. Potentially other players could be experiencing what you're running into but don't notice/know it's an issue. When coming to the forum to share your experience, it can then signal others to also realize they may be running into the same issue and go report to the CS Team.

After confirming the issue you should ALWAYS submit a ticket to the CS Team, from there they can pull your game data and get it in front of the development team to help resolve the issue. It's helpful when you submit the steps you took to run into the issue, the platform you're on (iOS/AOS), sometimes even the OS Version, the device you're playing on, etc., and the team can take a look and try to recreate the scenario you're running into.

Not all issues affect every player, so when you submit a ticket to CS and the development team takes that ticket they can use your game information to potentially recreate it. Without this, they have to try and recreate the issue based on what is shared through the forums, which is much harder to do.

For potentially faster resolutions to fixing in-game errors reporting to CS is always the best place to go after making an alert on the forums.

Everything is extremely clear now... That is we’re just talking to each other here “out of nothing to do,” and the development team doesn’t even care about what’s being discussed here? Maybe the developers themselves should read the forum at least sometimes in order to be aware of the players’ wishes, issues, bugs in the game?

It will be extremely useful for the development team to read news about their game here and here every day (or at least every week) if they are even a little interested in the opinions of the players. Believe me, they can learn a lot of interesting things! Or at least create a “public relations service" that will report news from the forum to the development team, keeping them informed of what is happening in the game.

We are very much aware of the feedback that we receive on the forums. The quality of life updates that have been introduced to DomiNations over the last year and the work we're still doing is based on the feedback that we've read here, on Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, and even Discord. Not all feedback makes it into the game, but it does help with the direction of where to focus our work.

It’s very good if everything is as you say! It seemed to me that all these further references to the developers indicate that the development team does not read the forum. It's very good if I'm wrong about this. Thank you for the clarification! 🤝(y) 🙂

Harlem already said that they monitor the forums but people should use customer service for reporting - there's no point creating another unnecessary avenue of reporting. Having the forums, CS & a third option will just confuse things with the duplication.
