I would like to ask what is the calculation formula for attack speed? Can you provide the calculation formula?

Please use the Artillery as an example to help me understand attack speed.

The Artillery currently has the following attack speed bonuses:

1. Library - 10% increased attack speed
2. Mongolian war coalitions - 76% increased attack speed
3. Munitions：H.A.V. Rangefinder - 5% increased attack speed
4. Munitions：Communications Relay - 6% increased attack speed
For a total of 97% increased attack speed effect.

Please tell me what is the damage multiplier for the 97% increased attack speed on the Artillery? How do I calculate it?

Their attack speed algorithm is very strange:

1. The committee has a card that increases RPG attack speed, such as increasing attack speed by 11%. After wearing it, the actual DPS only increased by 2%

2. Another example is Heavy tank, wearing a password machine, which increases attack speed by 20% and increases DPS by up to 30%
