Automatic check for excessive buildings

I see many "bugs"/"cheats" where a player has more defenses/farms/roads/troops, etc than what is allowed for that age.
Since this is a fixed number for each nation and age, why can't the developers just put in a check in the game code itself?
If it is found to exceed what is allowed, then Nexon is alerted and the player can't play until the problem is fixed.

This avoids having people report them in the forum.
And it would find a lot more of this category of cheating.

they might have done that behind the scenes with the under the radar update that went down the day before.

But they have been working it

that's good to know.
Seems like a very basic fundamental check that should automatically be in place.

Nothing is "automatic." Developers of games are far different than developers of commercial applications. You can only do so much to predict how the user base will jack with your application.
