Banned for suspicious activity - what?

As leader of my alliance I was banned today for what reason? I am playing since the beginning of DomiNations (my player # is in the 800k's), using no illegal software, even I have no jailbreaked device. So, what's going wrong with my account?
Last week, another player of my alliance was banned because of a bug that makes him possible to buy more buildings than allowed, he's back because it was a bug caused by Nexon. Am I the next victim? I have additionally walls (2) and traps since a bug/glitch, more than 7 months ago, CS couldn't fix this bug since now (within many updates). So, is this the reason for banning me permanently? I'm handling this game with all bugs, glitches, server and connection problems, cheaters and hackers since more than one year, investing a big amount of money to climb up the ladder, trying to keep together my alliance with competitions by winning crowns, paid by me, my co leaders and councils with real money, maintaining a Facebook alliance page with chat, trying to keep our family alliance in the top 40, having world wars against cheating alliances....and all I get is beeing banned for what, Nexon?

I am totally disappointed...

I was banned as well. Permemently. Put over 15 months of my life into this game. Spent over $400 in that time as well. So disappointed in Nexon for doing it. Y'all know me too, I've been part of the forum sharing my layouts since the beginning. Was with my alliance for most of those 15 months, minus the month I was with USA Elite. It just blows my mind that they would ban such a loyal & avid player of the game.

Yay Nb4powerup ! Please let us know what you find... it would be very helpful for the community to get a sense of whether Nexon is accurately identifying hackers vs. players that spend lots of time on the game.

I was banned today too, but just for three days, Cannot even send message to support to find out why - keep getting upload error. Reached out to Nb4powerup and got no help. Someone in my alliance found out that someone who was kicked reported a bunch of us and Nexonm picked me to ban while they "investigate". Love how they just shut you down with no contact at all or any chance to refute the charges. Thanks a lot!

Today, I was also banned more than 2 days with the same situation of H@rry. Actually, it seems it has a bug from game when I retrained my troops, I also retrained tactics but it puts and be postponed in queue tactics more than amount (example: 11/7), I reported this bug last year but it has NOT fixed yet. So, I guess this is the reason why I was banned, I feel disappointed.

I was banned yesterday for 3 days for suspicious activity. I have been playing for pretty long time (level almost 200, global age) and have never tried to cheat or hack or do anything unfair. Just playing. I contacted the support, expecting some misunderstanding and apology. Here is the answer which surprised me a lot as it is a complete nonsense and I have no idea what their monitoring system could be mistaken with. I cite:

...account has been banned due to an exploit that allows you to manipulate the number of stags being hunted. The evidence gathered merited the action that was applied. While we prefer not to take such actions, we feel it is in the best interest of our player in the community. Kindly note that our decision is final and will no longer do any adjustment with regards to this issue.

I was not even hunting animals, neither saw any higher number of stags around the city so I have no clue what does it mean and how I could even manipulate the number of stags (as if I could do it). I replied to the support in that sense, adding that it would mean I had to gather many crowns for hunted stags (6 per every stag) which they should see is not my case. They just reply that the penalty is final and they advise me to refrain from doing this again in-order to prevent such occurrences. Great. I am expected to refrain from doing what I have never (knowingly) done. So it can happen anytime to anybody? And again? :/ Maybe once I log back in two days, a lot of crowns gained from supposed hunted stags are going to wait for me.

But seriously: as no other communication is possible, I kindly ask via this forum the development team or support to at least think of the possiblity that the monitoring system is not set properly. I do not expect to be the only one in the world.

Got banned for the same exact reason. Stags exploit. I have exchanged maybe 10 Stag packs with Marco Polo a week ago. Killed them maybe two days later. Got banned today. Well done, Nexon!

Same reason for banning me as well. I did exactly the same thing - Maro Polo event. Changed marble for maybe 10-15 Stags. Had ban for 3 days and they leveld my city as well and deleted all the crowns. Have been playing this game over 1,5 year, supported the game and invited many friends. And looks like it will be end for all of that. For the "crimes" I have never done.

they give the stag lures with no timeout ... and then ban you for using them. i really *really* want to give developers and managers the benefit of the doubt when faced with malicious players ...
but that's just bad news.

i abused the heck out of the stag lure weekend; i must have gotten 2000 crowns raiding roman after roman ... but i used them all right away ...

it *did* occur to me to use them right away, for fear that it would provoke a ban later. but i thought my fear was unjustified and paranoid.

my paranoia is real! that means that nexon devs are really aliens! the game is real! napoleon help me!

I too have received a ban today. I too have claimed a handful of stag lures today from the Marco Polo event a few weeks ago. I too cannot contact customer service because the game tells me I'm banned. What do I do? Can anyone help? Is anyone monitoring these posts? I'm a 100% legit player, had 21k crowns, have done a ton of offers, have spent a few hundred in crowns over the last two years.
