This is a known glitch within my alliance.. When you're training your troops in the barrack and decide to remove a different set of tier troop in the que. It will reset the training time of the first unit in the barrack. Really annoying when my supply cart was about to finish training at 5 min. Decided to make some pikeman but change my mind and wanted to cook him in a different barrack. Removed my pikeman and my supply cart in the barrack training time resets back at 30min..
