Do the bonuses for expertise that are gained for upgrading each of the barracks to level 10 apply to the troops that are spawned by the APCs? The heavy Infantry that spawn are barracks troops.

The statistics displayed with the APC in the factory did not change when a barracks was up graded to lv 10. Now, how that works in a battle is anyone's guess.

Considering that uni research applies to APC troops, and that unique units deploy where applicable, I'm surprised the barracks expertise doesn't apply.

When upgrading the apc from lvl2 to lvl3 it actually shows dmg and health increase for the deployed troops. So maybe that's acting as a compensation?

That's because the Cold War Age infantry is spawned from the mk 3 APC
