Base Disappeared

[Splitz]

I recently downloaded the game. I worked through for awhile then I closed the game my son who is three changed the time on my phone and without knowing I opened the game. Needless to say that did not go over well. My base is now completely gone with the exception of roads and an archer tower. I have sent multiple emails and waited a week I understand the game is new and bugs are still being worked out. I just need a reset as I can not reset the game myself. It is only lvl 1 account the name on account is Splitz. Any help would be appriciated.
