Base movability changes

I think the entire base should be movable like CoC. I wish I could slightly move my entire base (city center and all) to center it. I don’t know what it would take software wise but I believe that it would be a great option for people. I also think that there should be a marker for the center of your base compared to the borders. Anyway, long time supporter, thanks for the game.
