good should not be penalized both players we invest our money in the game, because if you attack and you have warehouses full, for you can not upgrade buildings by having citizens busy going and I removed 700,000 coins and 80000 food in 4 battles almost straight. so one reconsiders in investing money in the game, all that will steal not interested in investing.
