Being scouted

I don't know if people are constantly scouting me or if this is a bug. Been trying to log in for 10 minutes now and can't because I'm being scouted. For 10 minutes? Really? What's the point in having a training blessing?

Someone in my alliance has the same problem and were told by CS that they know about it and it's an issue they're trying to sort out. I get it on my 2nd account and it is really annoying.

This has been an "issue" for ... someone help me.... around 6-8 months now?

Expose your town center and hope for someone sniping it away, that way you can login as often as you want.

the message u r being scouted doesn't necessary means ur really being scouted, after you log off for few mins (i guess one or two minutes) u will be available for matching queue so other players can attack u, if it happens u got scouted once while being in that queue u will become stuck in that scout for few mins as a safety margin even if the scouting player left and didn't attack u, in that safety margin another player may scout u and leave too which resets the safety margin so it appears as if some1 has been scouting u for a very long time even more than allowed (30secs) for scouting

indeed, Being scouted doesn't mean, you are being scouted, it means, you are in a list to get scouted.

By all means, log in before your peace treaty ends, and you have no trouble with being set in a list for scouting.....
