Blank Alliance chat

i'm using ipad with ios 7.1.2 and encounter blank alliance chat. any solution to fix this?
the chat works fine on android. image bellow

This is the same issue our alliance is having. I don't know if this bug is being worked on. Alliance chat and donations. When a request has been filled it still shows in alliance chat. You try to fill it and it just stays open.
