Boycotting cheats

It's a popular opinion that some alliances and/or the players are clearly using cheats or mods to achieve top position thats not worth anything. You guys have screen shots to prove it. Not all of them within those alliances are cheats. But should we boycott battles (attack or revenge) against these players? Why suffer a bigger damage? What's your opinion?

[There is a player called Mert lvl9 and top 100 with 1.6k medals whose base has nothing in it]

Communist boots people from their alliance. Plus, if they boot you, there is a possibility that they have cheats. They are just not trying to risk getting caught

Communist? I don't think so. I know we will boot a person for disrupting our Alliance. We do it all the time in Clash of Clans. We don't deal with drama, we kick it out.

If someone was inside your house talking crazy, would you not kick them out? Would you be considered Communist for doing so? C'mon! LOL!
