Buff some legendary artifacts

some legendary artifacts have very low boosts and buffs. An example is sutton woo, a main hall legendary artifact, which only has 1% buff on all its attributes. There are many artifacts with similar fate. I request that if possible, to buff some of the existing legendary artifacts.
