Building info on visit and scouting

It would be a big help if I could tap on a building, when scouting an opponent in world war or visiting a friends city for example, and some info pops up with basic information. Building type, what it does, maybe attack range of a defensive building. Longtime players already know all of this so it's not secret. There is many instances where I scout an opponent and there is a lot of unfamiliar buildings, or the familiar buildings are further upgraded , different colors and are not all obvious. Lower players can have a better chance if building details popped up when a tap/click is done on that building.
