Bunkers not spawning during world war

Hello,

It appears that if your bunkers are not filled with oil they no longer spawn during world wars. They have never needed filled previously. I first noticed they aren’t spawning shortly after finishing the new library. I hope this isn’t intentional seeing as it’s a bit silly that defensive players would need to hover over their accounts before wars to make sure their bunkers are filled.

I've seen this come up a couple of times on the forums now. I'm forwarding an inquiry to the team, definitely submit this to CS as well so they can potentially grab data from the specific instance you're talking about.

FWIW I thought they always required oil, or at least used to many years ago. Then heard at some point this changed and was no longer a requirement... and now it sounds like the requirement is back, perhaps as a bug.

They did require oil. That's why when you first built a bunker, it wouldn't work in war until the first level was complete. After that, if they went completely empty then they didn't work either. I never let mine get empty after encountering this years ago so i never experienced any change.

I have only been playing 2.5 years, but I’ve never needed to fill mine to have them spawn. Just let them be empty all the time and they always spawned in wars until recently. And again, seems a bit silly that you have to keep them filled for world war. What next? Going to have to make sure all your traps are armed 5 seconds before war starts?
