I was wondering if caltrops is a one time AOE trap or if troops walking over them after the trap has deployed are slowed as well?

not a one time thing. they are really really good, as you kinda need troops to run over them for the damage debuff
make sure you put them in good spots
and make sure you reset them after each battle

so once the troops trigger them, they will be slowed down and have reduced dmg for the entire battle?

Exactly x0pht I didn't liked them at the beginning, but looking at the replays you can see that they are very useful.

They are definitely amazing. The only question I have is: do they stack? If someone walks over 2 do they get a double debuff?

I've wondered this, too. Are troops debuffed for a few seconds, while they're still standing on the caltrops, or for the entire match?

Bump this. I like to get answer for the stacking too. And can same troop get debuff each time he walks over or 1 troop can only get it that 1 time ?

All troops receive this debuff as long as they are inside the aoe. I had an infantry set one off and the rest of my army followed shortly after. It was like going over a speed bump.
