Can not log in! App say I'm being scouted or crashed before allowing me to log in.

The app was running perfectly fine today for quite a while until it froze and I closed the app. When I tried to log back in it kept crashing right before i't normally lets me see my base. Other times (when it doesn't crash) it says I'm being scouted. But I'm not sure who gets scouted for a straight hour. I double checked that it wasn't my iPad causing problems with the app so I installed it into my iPhone. Sure enough it's an identical problem. It either crashes or gives me the "being scouted" message. I tried other trouble shooting methods such as deleating the app and reinstalling to no avail. This is clearly a server side problem as my hardware is working fine. Not sure where to go from here since I can't log in to submit a ticket.

I hope these screenshots help with identifying the account with the issue. The second screenshot below is where it freezes every time we try to visit his base.
