Cannot start a new war for over a week now

Nb4powerup, can you please help have this solved in a timely manner?
Over a week ago our last war finished, but we were shown the results of the previous war.
Also no war loot appeared and our war coalitions remained active.

Starting a new war gives "Cannot start a new war".

CS has "directed it to the right department", and upon on our requests for updates they suggest we should start a new Alliance.

In the known bug section this issue is listed as fixed.

I do not want to start a new alliance, I do not want a refund and don't care about the lost war loot. It really shouldnt be this hard to just reset whatever parameters is blocking us and I wish Nexon can fix this quickly, my Alliance is getting impactient.

We just had this same problem and discovered it was due to someone not updating their game. Send a note out to everyone. Then try different combinations until you find the culprit(s). Good luck.

Could you please provide a screenshot of support telling you to disband and start a new alliance? Also, please PM me your UID and alliance name.

It's not that sadly, started one with members who I know for sure have updated, but still same error.

Is it saying 'Cannot begin searching for war at this time. Please try again later.'? If not, I'm not sure what the issue may be. Good luck, I know it's beyond frustrating.

Yep, saying exactly that. But it also shows our previous war results (not our last war). our coalitions have remained active (which normally disappear after war) and no war loot provided. So something went messed up with closing our last war or something

Anything please, some of my members have left the alliance, others are saying I have to start a new alliance. (But I dont want to, 'cause donation stats and history)

So, after two weeks of waiting patiently and receiving nothing but "we're investigating", we decided to start a new alliance. Quite disappointing.

Our Alliance has had the same problem. All was working good. We won a war. Got all of the spoils. Started a new war. We won it 73 stars out of 75@ Went to go check the stats of it and results were from the previous war NOT the last war. Opened a customer support ticket and got a BS standard reply, we are looking. Tried to start a new war and got the " Unable to start a new war" error. Opened a new ticket with screen shots and got more BS standard replies. It's been broken of well over a week now. My god, a stoned chimpanzee could have fixed this by now!

Prepare to start a new alliance. Quite unlikely they'll fix it for you..
