Can't synchronize the account!!

One of my friends, can't synchronize his account from the old phone to the new phone!! He did all the steps that could be done but nothing happened!! Even his id player was with green color on Google play game but has this strange problem!! What should we do?! Help us with comments please.

Best thing to do is have him contact Customer Service. If he can't get into his game, he can contact CS via the web:

Thanks man . He did. Emailed Nexon but couldn't receive any help!!! In fact they couldn't do anything!! That's i mean it's strange problem

He needs to ensure the new phone has no remnants of DomiNations on it!! Make sure the new phone has the account for the profile. After which, install the app, load it up and try again. He should only do an account transfer if he's going from Apple to android. Find me in discord if he requires further help.
