Chat notifications

I'm leader of Churchill alliance and its really hard to get messages to people when the chat doesn't tell you you have notifications when you first log in. You get notifications when you are logged in but not previous chat notifications for whilst you're online. Also adding private messaging would be great. Trying to get individuals to attack is hard on group chat.

will someone get chat and chat notifications working? it's too hard. Shows people needing troops when they are already filled, goes blank often, etc. Plus one on one chats, at least for alliance leaders will be mighty useful. Read and delivered notifications will be awesome and so will posting images. Am I asking for too much?!

Same problem's for me and my alliance (IN OUR NAME) it's been like this for ages, but worse now, asked customer service about it, and they said to FORCE CLOSE the game... But on my ipad, i think that when you double click home button and then swipe up, that is FORCE CLOSING the game "isn't it"???

Yes, have similar problems. Sometimes it shows chat as empty, then doesn't show notifications if something has been written unless it's written while you are online, can't see notifications for when people ask for troops either.
