Cheaters.... reported it time and time but nothing is getting down!

this player is hiding all the defence buildings under resource buildings and TC. CS told me time and time they are investing ... it is a shame CS does not care or does anything

I see a lot of message about Nexon doing nothing about cheating. I want to give credit where credit is due.

My alliance matched a team that was obviously resource cheating. We reported them and CS rolled back two bases the same day.

Error Code 56 when Donating to Strongholds during WW

I reported this error to Customer Support, but wondering if others have experienced the same issue. When trying to donate certain troops to an allies Stronghold during WW Planning Day, I receive an error code 56...see screen shot. I play on an iPad and iPhone running the latest iOS, same error on both devices. Seems to be troops earned via league boat or victory chest. Noticed it on lower level troop donations, especially Motorcycles and sometimes Fruili Infantry. Thoughts? Would love for them to fix as those Motorcycles are useless on Offense...they run around like Forest Gump triggering every garrison in the joint.
