Cheaters reported to CS and no action taken

We got matched with GA BA MIEN and reported them to CS 8 hours ago with loads of attachments, and nothing has been done.
they created the alliance from scratch, with bags of course, had one base basically grow overnight, they all have left the alliance in order not to be tracked and joined another newly created alliance called bac trung nam.
cavalry was taking so long that I tracked them down. Perhaps I should ban them myself ? How about giving me the button instead of not acting when proof is provided ?

Not to worry, Yetanotherusername. Even if an Alliance is disbanded, their history (such as War history) is present in our system for CS to investigate. Thank you for reporting this!
