Cheaters Vs Nexon

Does anybody know why Nexon don’t do anything about all the cheaters in the game?
I started to reporting them a year ago, but they are still in the game.
Every time I report them is the same story, they will investigate them. But nothing happens.
The alliance I’m in keep losing players due to all the cheaters and Nexon don’t seem to care.

Welcome to game. NEXON doesn’t understand or care to understand the effect it has to the players and their bottom line. Read the reviews on the Apple store and you will see that their apathy is present. I report on average one OBVIOUS cheater a week and have only had one removed. I track the names of those I report. One removed, 60+ reported.

obviously NEXON treats this as “part of the game”.

My belief is if a cheater has spent even one dollar on this game they will not be banned in the hopes that they may spend another dollar in the future.

Lol kidding, I would like to see all cheaters get a rollback to level 1 base, leaving town center and some trees only, and also there will be a tag ''banned'' added to their game names. For example, Stu78 (Banned). Then they'll all vanish from the cheating history!
