Cheating

Discussions on the subject of Cheating one of which was mine have been forcibly closed yet no action has been taken against cheaters. Why?

So was mine. All topics about cheating have a very short life on this forum. I guess they bother the mighty Nexon. Hiding the problems under the carpet is their way to fix them.

Yep, mine was closed too. I sent a PM, as instructed, well over a week ago but no response and nothing done about the offending alliance (we even got a message from the alliance leader admitting that they cheat but “only coz other alliances cheated against us first”)
It seems the only action Nexon takes against cheating is to stop honest people talking about the cheating. Very sad.

They don’t do anything about it except in drastic cases like the gravymin guy who reached 8k medals a while ago. With such a small fraction of the playerbase on these forums, I guess they just don’t care enough.

Do they even punish the iosgods hackers who cheat crowns to upgrade instantly as much as they want? Geez.

I assume that the cheating via hacking (manipulating that part of the game that is downloaded to one’s computer) will not be easy to fix and will involve an upgrade to the game. I t may also be that the designers need to observe what havking cheaters do in order to develop a solution. But all that is simply speculation as like you say the honest folk are shut up and not told anything more than a vague “action will be taken”. No idea what. No idea when. This incompetence in communicating with the game’s honest pmayers has been a common complaint since the game was launched and it is becoming increasingly off-putting.

i say this despite Nexon sending me a free t-shirt and a note of thanks because the incomepetence makes it an embarrassment for me to wear.

I usually just lurk here, but this recent brush with a cheater made me decide to share these screenshots. He uses 24 planes and after the replay shows he got 17% . But in the log is a 5* with over a million in loot taken and -32 medals, I am in dynasty mainly for the bonuses so the medals matter even more than the loot to me.

I had taken a break from the game for more than a month but ended up coming back and see this BS. These are the type of things that lose players

i agree with you wholeheartedly that cheating is off-putting. It is certainly giving me pause for thought about continuing to play.

Well, they saying it's due to visual bug, but it's not!
My allies shared one attack that someone used 17 planes in the attack! iv checked the replay and excatly he used 17 planes!
He ran 4 planes and lost them in each round but again he used 4 planes....

It's sure not visual cause I lost those medals and loot, and there is no way I get 5* with the army it says he used. I had defensive blessings on generals active and a ZS.

Gears I just read your thread and I get that they said its visual, I am almost certain he couldn’t have 5* me with that army he used. I am lvl 247 with saladin done had 2 def blessings on all but 4 defenses maxed 2 generals active and a zook sentry active. So I don’t see a army of 9 zooks 3 apc a tac helo and 7 FH doing that

Visual error is CS imbecilistic way to just simply ignore reports on cheating.
