Check back on Customer Service conversations

I submitted 2 issues but did not receive a substantive response ...at least that's what I thought. I did get a response though, over a week ago, but did not know. There isn't a notification until you revisit the Customer Service page (behind gears icon). So, keep checking for an update in the "conversations" panel behind icon at top right when looking at the FAQs.

Thanks for the info bro.. but mine hasn't replied yet.. Luckily i dont spend any money on this buggy game.. I wonder when will this end.. everyday i check this web.. Complaining people got more and more

It's ironic that you get notifications when you attack another player's base, but you don't get notifications when CS replies to you.
