Communication with other players

So this is my plea with NEXON to allow us to chat with other players. It's great having an alliance to chat with but also being able to chat with all other players in chat room type setting; even to be able to mail other player's would be a huge step up. After all, MMO's and communication with other people come hand in hand. Other wise, why play with real people? Side note: I love the concept!
