Hey Chad, it takes a lot of time and effort to start a new alliance now. It took me a year and 3 months to get my alliance to top 50 in the world. Time and effort in recruiting, developing and retaining members. Build great culture and be a good and active leader. I had a guy who joined my alliance and then went and started his own alliance after he had a fall out with his friend. He created the new alliance with about 5 people and now after 3 - 4 months, only has 15-17 people. It'll take lots of time and effort. Good luck.

Thanks everyone for the advice shocking to see such great leaders of great alliances offering time , it does bother me that I am thinking this way after helping build and continue to help build the SONSOFDOOMSDAY but my serious view of who to cut and when to cut aren't taken into mind for days or weeks until it becomes thier idea and as you all know recruitment is hit and miss and sometimes I'll have a playerlined up committed and then no cut for a inactive player and I lose them. The serious players eithr private message and ask questions for days or join as a secondary account to watch and see we let players sit, and most of all when out leader doesn't hit how can I ask them too , I have. Loyaltybit it's tested daily. Thank you all
