Any particular reason that this event overlaps with the far more useful world traveler event?

Not saying I mind as 25% off the already inexpensive Uni is not too big a deal.

If you are going to put a university leader on sale it should either reduce time, or be one of the oil expensive ones. Putting catherine on sale is so little savings this will just be ignored.

Instead of a price reduction, it would actually make people interested if there was a time reduction of 25%. But in general yes people would rather have an oil cost reduction as a lot of players in my alliance are struggling to get Amelia done.

uni skills are so cheap anyways so it doesnt really matter anyway if the event is running or not
