Crafting event odds have decreased in upper levels

Maybe it’s just me, but after crafting for a couple of hours I’m seeing even more 1% lines. It’s almost impossible to find a decent 3-4 line defense artifact with ADTD and ADTHP lines. I recall in the lower ages, crafting odds seemed much better, but not in the higher levels. In the prior Two crafting events I found zero and so far this event is following suit. I Looked back and noticed that the majority of my good artifacts were found in the lower ages.
Crafting is boring to me and in many ways a waste of time now.

As we progress through the Ages the ability to find an artifact better than our current artifacts is harder, since existing artifacts are already good. Especially Equipment, which hasn't changed since day #1. At this point we're looking for perfection. Also back in the day we'd craft for far longer when now a couple hours seems like a long time, especially considering our museums are fine already. Hours vs Days. So personally I think this could be a psychological issue. Then there's Council which is far simpler to get stuff... maybe Council has spoiled us and made us soft

I crafted for at least 6 hours per day for a week during the 2 previous events and also got 1 or 2 keepers (armor and weapons) but ZERO equipment artifacts in both accounts!! I reached 999,999 blueprints and kept going just because...

It is not normal not to be able to find good equipment artifacts while others have all 5 slots with five liners!! I mean, how can they do it ?
