Crash on load

Hi Domination team,

In this morning, 6th Jun 2016, I were playing game. When I won a battle, game crashed, suddenly. Then I log in the game, but the game crash on load. I can't play any more. My ID is 7949194. Please, fix this error for me, because i love this game.

By the way, I uninstall and set up game again, but i log in, still crash on load. I reboot may phone, then set up game again, the error still happen. Please help me. How i can log in my game?

many people have the same problem. I haven't been able to log onto my account in almost 2 weeks now. Got an email from customer support saying that they currently have no solutions but are working on it.

I use ID 4644574 log in game, it's ok. But I use ID 7949194 log in game, it crash on load. What's problem with may ID 7949194?

It is related to the account and that is why it doesn´t matter about device nor OS but maybe they need it for some other reason..just keep emailing with support ...mine worked after I ansered to their security questions...

guys, try to install the new 4.4 update, ios only.
I loaded my game back to normal after using the new 4.4 update.
haven't seen new update for android os.
