Crashed upon attack in World War

Upon progressing to attack an enemy base in World War after confirming my troops to be used in the battle, the app crashes, and my quota to participate in that World War is consumed by the crashing of the app.
I have noticed in this forum that many have been encountering and reporting this/similar problems for quite some time,. My fellow alliance members have also been encountering this/similar problems. However, to date it seems that it's still unresolved.

Update: 2nd attempt failed to attack too, encountered twice in a row in the same World War

I don't get why this bug is so hard to repair...if you look at the game data, its very simple. Attacks are counted for and attack history is there too.
I did some reasearch myself on this bug and it appears that its possible to have 2 attacks counted for, when there is only 1 attack history saved.
Isnt this just a simple matter of only counting attacks if an attack history is saved? If the game would check it that way, you can never have attack count that not equal number of attack histories...

After the app crashes two times in a row during the two attempts to attack in the World War:

I see my attack quotas treated as used at the corner of the World War page where points(number of stars obtained by all allies) and the used attacks/maximum attacks ratio is shown.
I see my attempts as used and lost on the stats table showing the War statistics of both alliances.
I see my number of unused attacks as 0 at the bottom of the World War Map.
However, at records of attacks/being attacked page of my alliance, the fields that should record the results of me attacking the enemy bases are left with "Not Used".
On the page that shows all results of all battles in chronological order did not show my attempts to attack either.
It's as if I still have full quota to attack enemy bases.

it's very contradicting. I lose the chances to attack due to a bug, yet the app doesn't fully agree that I have attempted to attack.
On one hand it tells me that I have lost both attempts to attack, on the other hand it tells me that I have "Not Used" any of my quotas, yet I cannot attack in this War anymore.

Devs, please resolve the bugs(ie crashing of app, etc) that is greatly affecting many of us.

This has been happening to me for a while and now since the new update, it seems to be more of a problem with now taking both of my attacks. When it crashes there is no note saying: Dominations has crashed. So it allows me to just load up the game and everything is fine so I don't understand why this is happening. I hope that this post helps you in some way to fix it.

i agree why don't you fix this known bug better fix this bugs and then make new patch.every time when you make new patch game get crazy and start to crash so fix this known bugs please

Nexon say "they are aware of the situation" LMAO

I'm sure they are working on it.

BUT... in the meantime they really need to at least make a quick fix, where the second you press attack a 0% attack log is registered for the player.

This will help other members to easily see where there is a possible attack opportunity that needs to be fulfilled and also stop players lying if they actually failed to turn up for an attack.

Im beginning to think that Nexon is the biggest joke there is. The war attack crashes got WORSE after the update that was supposed to fix the crashes. It´s hard to take a company seriously that time after time after time screw things up like this. I really like the game itself but enough is enough.

I only experienced the crashing of the app while attempting to attack in World War after the latest update. Prior to the update, attacking was quite smooth for me, except for some crashes of app while attempting to scout, which didn't affected me very much. But other alliance members have been having this/similar problems for some time.
Does the devs test the updates thoroughly(especially those problems that are meant to be fixed with the update) before they roll out the updates?
It's obvious that I'm not the first who reported this, which means it's a widespread problem which has been around for some time, nor is this the first problem(or bugs) I have encountered that has not been solved till now, and have to find alternative methods to by pass the problems.

Many of my alliance are having the same problem consistently. I know you've said it can be the devices memory but that just isn't the case because I know for a fact that one member uses a brand new phone the latest Samsung galaxy S6 and it crashes for him consistently. Its a problem because we are losing wars because its happening to our top troops.
