Crashes after update

Several members of our alliance are having major issues with the app crashing after the latest update. A few of them can only log in for 30 seconds before the app crashes. Is anyne else having these issues? Any reccomendations??

That is what is happening to me atm. Contacted CS and they mentioned that they are aware of this issue and that they are working on resolving it. Asked me a bunch of questions. I suggest you get every single one of your guys to contact their CS too. Let them know how big is the scope of this issue.

The strange part is that there is no issue whenever I'm on WiFi.

What I believe is happening is that they tried to add a patch as a band aid fix for all the previous game crashes mid battle, missing war stars, missing troops....etc.

I believe the patch is meant to not allow us to continue with the game if our network connection is not near perfect.

Each time you login you have to recollect your resources and all the donation troops are gone if you requested just prior to the network connection err rite? They will nullify whatever action you had taken and reload the last saved upload.

Im currently locked out too so not sure how to advise cs. Our alliance is going to war without me, we are in planning day....

Luckily we haven't crashed after the update. But, I'm sure it won't be long...

Find the Support page here and send an email. That's what I had to do, iPad crashed on game startup, fixed after 8 days.

Hope it doesnt take 8 days! There was a fix last time but it only affected Apple devices and I could still use android. This time its both. Lucky I have appointed co-leaders.

i have many crashes since the update..... 3/4 yesterday and today on WorldWar....
After i destroy the TC the game is closing, without any message or others....
No Wheel of Death nothing, the game closing.

But i know its my iPhone 6s plus..... Or my connection...
Its not funny anymore. before each fight i must pray to the dominations god that the game don't crash.........

so much pressure to attack these days...agree that there is no fun at all to play with all these bugs and crashes nowadays!
